What a day this has been James my 15 year old son woke me up at 5am, he was having a hard time breathing and couldn't find his inhaler. I went to the kitchen to get him one and by the time I got it he was laying on the floor, he used it but was still having problems. I touched him to help him up and he was hot as fire. I grabber him a shirt and me something to wear and off to the E. R. we went. He had a temp of 104. They gave him a breathing treatment did a chest xray and a lot of bloodwork. He has bronchitis and mono. I asked him who he's been kissing and he just rolled his eyes at me. The poor kid he is still miserable and the temp keeps going back up.
Jessica is at her senior prom tonight. Where does time go? It dosen't seem possible for her to be THAT old already.

College Grants
I am still helping my daughter with her college grant applications. I didn't know untill recently that you need a college degree to fill all of this stuff out correctly. There are so many of them and so many questions. Plus the esays and referals they need to turn in with them. They really want you to work for what you get that is for sure.
She changes her mind on what she wants to do on a regular basis. She started out wanting to be a counsilor, then changed to inteior design. Now she is talking about gettin her RN degree or atleast something in the medical field. Oh or wait maybe an elementry school teacher. I'm sure it will change a dozen more times before she makes her final desicion, but that is ok with me as long as she goes to college.
My middles son is serving an ACR today. I don't even know what that stands for. When I was in high school forever ago it was caleed ISS. No matter the name he is serving a day of in school suspension. He is a good kid at school he has perfect attendance, good grades and does not have any dissaplin problems. Shouldn't this be taken into consideration when they are punished for something someone else did. A boy that sits near him in class coppied off his paper. He does not know this boy other than he sits near him. He was unaware of the boy was doing. I could understand if it was him and one of his buddies sitting there with their heads together trading answers, but come on shouldn't they get the benifit of the doubt every once in a while.
Now even though he has perfect attendance and good grades he will have to take his finalls because you also have to have good behavior. Up untill now the only problem he has had all year was chewing gum in class.
Ok I am finished venting for now.

Cats are worse than kids
I got up and walked into the kitchen to find that the cats had gotten my new loaf of bread. They tore it open and had shredded up bread all over the kitchen floor. I just love cleaning up a mess to start my day.
My first post
Since this is my first post I'll give a little detail of my family. This is the second time around for both of us. I have three children one girl and two boys. My daughter is 18 and the boys are 15 and 9. They live with us full time and do not have a visitation schedual with their father they have not seen him in two years, they do occasionally talk to him. His daughter is 9 and just came to live with us two weeks ago when her mother passed away. This was very unexpected and emotions are running on high all around we are making lots of adjustments. Our 8 year old nephew also stays with us a lot, and my daughters boyfriend stays here too. We have two Puggles and a Blue Healer puppy, 5 cats and 4 parakeets. To say we have a full house is an understatement. Sometimes I swear I live in a zoo. As for my husband I love him very much, we do have our problems but what couple dosen't. I do not work outside of my home not nessacarily by choice if I could find a job I would take it. My husband recently lost his job in the car industry. We take it one day at a time and do our best to hold it all together some days that is harder than you might think.
